The short version

Eight tools — Merge, Split, Compress, PDF to JPG, JPG to PDF, Rotate, Extract Pages and Add Page Numbers — run entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device, are never uploaded, and are never stored by us. Two tools — Word to PDF and Protect PDF — send your file to our conversion server, which deletes it immediately after conversion and download. No PDF contents, document names, extracted text or passwords are ever sent to analytics, stored in a database, or logged.

Browser tools (8 tools)

Processing happens on your own device using code downloaded with the page. We receive no copy of your file, and closing the page removes it from the tool. No account is required, and no account data is collected for these tools.

Server tools (Word to PDF, Protect PDF)

• The uploaded file is held only in a temporary directory for the single conversion.
• It is deleted immediately after conversion and download, including when a conversion fails.
• Files are never stored in a database and never retained beyond the single conversion.
• Passwords used for Protect PDF are used only for that one encryption, are never stored or logged, and cannot be recovered.
• File contents and passwords are never logged.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which tools are used and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. Analytics receives page views and tool usage events only — never file contents, passwords, document names or extracted text. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser; you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

Advertising

This site currently shows no advertisements. If advertising is added in future, this policy will be updated first, and ads will be kept separate from upload, process and download controls.
